Our Story
RSA Manufacturing was founded in 2023 in Avoca, New York with a clear goal: build a modern machine shop that combines experienced craftsmanship with the technology and processes needed to compete at a higher level.
We grew quickly and acquired Integrity Tool Inc., a well-established precision machine shop in the Rochester area. Integrity Tool continues to operate under its own name as part of the RSA Manufacturing family, bringing decades of expertise, a loyal customer base, and additional CNC capacity under one roof.
Today, RSA Manufacturing operates 20+ CNC machines across two locations in Western New York. We serve customers in the optics, automotive, food and beverage, and defense industries — delivering everything from one-off prototypes to high-volume production runs with full quality documentation.
